Established in July 1983 by Mr. David Liao.His first abacus institute is located in nothern Taipei. Uptil now, there are 6 branches in total. In the past 26 years, theinstitution has been trained up many top students in abacus and mental arithmetic field. In addition, he adds other talentcourses, such as English, Chinese, Mathmetic, Computer and Writing courses to train students to more talented.

Hosted international cups competition for years. Hosted celebrity cup competitionfor years. Hosted Competition of Taipei abacus and mental arithmetic institution for years. To participate teaching seminars of straight cross abacus and mentalin Hong Chou, China. Invited to perfrom abacus performance and teaching seminars in Malaysia, Canada and Hong Kong.



Awarding Records


Continuously awarded champions of group and individual for the 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30thstudents abacus competition held by Taipei Education Bureau. Students, Kou-Chu, Wang; Cha-Hou, Wu; and Wang-Chin, Lin are choosen to be top 10Taiwan national contestants. Champion of Group B, C, and D and champion of champions of Group E for PAMA Global 8th competition in 2006. Championof Group C and D for 2007 the 9th PAMA Global competition. Champion of champions of Group A & E for 2012 the 13th PAMA Global competition.Champion of champions of Group B, D, E for 2013 the 14th PAMA Global competition.
